Aeromet's Mission is to achieve an increased share of the global market. Aeromet has 5 manufacturing facilities each with it's own core competency. We integrate these facilities by sharing information received on projects and offer the best 'Total solution' to our clients. This controlled flow of information optimises lead-time utilisation. This integration also brings to Aeromet economies and synergy, in order to supply an improved and sustained level of service. Aeromet employs 450 personnel including 23 engineers who are recognised as amongst the best in the industry. As knowledge is an essential success factor, we continuously invest in training.

By delivering to our clients increasingly demanding requirements for more than 30 years, Aeromet has gained approval from the world's major airframe, engine and OEM companies. Accreditation's include ISO 9001: 2000, AS 9100 Revision A: 2001, and NADCAP certification.
Aeromet utilise state of the art software and MRP systems. Examples include: Magma-Soft (Casting simulation), CATIA V5, Gas analysis, DEWTEC MRP and Redthorn.
In collaboration with our customers and suppliers, Aeromet's Research & Development department has developed new alloys, processes and fabrication techniques in order to satisfy our customers ever challenging demands. These subsequently provide the most cost-effective solution necessary to achieve design requirements.
Inspired by the SBAC Lean Aerospace Initiative, the decision to establish our own 'Aeromet Lean Enterprise' has been an important strategic decision. This provides a sustainable 'framework for change' enabling the prevention and elimination of all forms of waste, which results in improved Quality, Cost and Delivery adherence.
We regularly monitor our processes in order to protect the health and safety of our workforce and endeavour to be a good neighbour using environmentally friendly products. Aeromet have received several environmental approvals (For example - Workplace Exposure, Emissions to Atmosphere and Environmental IPC authorization).
